Description
We ventured deep into the Colombian jungle, crossing sacred mountains and invisible paths, to meet one of the most mysterious communities on the planet: the Kogui.
Little is known about them. They speak an ancient language, live without electricity, without time, without noise.
But what they have to say concerns us all.
Because the Kogui know the Earth better than anyone else. They can read the signs of the wind, listen to the silence of the plants, feel the breath of the rivers.
They see themselves as the elder brothers of humanity and believe that our civilization—the younger brothers—is losing its most vital connection: the one with nature.
We walked alongside them. We heard words that seemed to come from another world.
And perhaps, in their simple and profound way of being in the world,
we found something we had forgotten.
