Description
In the traditional teachings of our Navajo people they elders would teach, from a young age about the importance of avoiding a hard heart.
But the elders wouldn’t use so many words to explain. Instead it was one of those things that one would start to understand more about as they grew older.
In this video… Navajo Historian, Wally Brown shares this teaching and explains how the elders talked about a hard heart and the spirit heart. What feeds your spirit heart and how does your spirit heart motivate you.
