Native American (Navajo) Teachings: True Leaders, True Healers

Description

In the traditional teachings of our Navajo people… the leaders were healers.

These people did not seek to be leaders. The mantle was put on them by the people because they could plan, They could see ahead, and they could perform ceremonies. Particularly the Nightway ceremony and bring healing and balance to the people.

Things are different today but the issues are the same.

True leaders and true healers are needed.

Navajo Historian Wally Brown shares the traditional teaching and tells about the Nightway ceremony a healing for all the people.
